Stage 1 video extraction across the 1,273-stone natural-diamond corpus. 92.7% raw coverage (99.6% of live URLs), 88 dead vendor URLs, and 5 viewer families still under reverse engineering.

Stage 2 visual-analysis bake-off — 11 VLMs scored across 20 natural-diamond stones on Shape, Color, BGM, Cert-vs-Video, Eye-Clean, and Make. Leaderboard, per-field accuracy, and a per-stone deep-dive with cert + buyer-remarks context.

End-to-end pipeline run on a single stone (BR 2.51ct H/SI2): cert metadata, 16 rotation frames + face-up still, two-model Stage 2 side-by-side with per-field reasoning + match/partial/miss colouring, and Stage 3 JAS buy-pattern score with top-5 nearest historical stones.
